? What if you could monitor submerged pumps without ever opening the pit? Electrical Signature Analysis (ESA) captures all the data needed straight from the motor control cabinet. No field sensors. No invasive installs. This makes it: ? Safer for teams ? Easier to scale ? Ideal for hard-to-reach equipment A smarter, simpler approach to condition monitoring, built for real-world industrial environments. #ElectricalSignatureAnalysis #ConditionMonitoring #SmartMaintenance #SubmergedPumps #NonInvasiveMonitoring #PredictiveMaintenance #Samotics #IndustrialInnovation #ReliabilityEngineering

Over ons
In 2015, we launched a mission to eliminate unplanned downtime and industrial energy waste. Since then we’ve evolved our predictive maintenance system, SAM4, into a robust and high-accuracy failure detection technology. Today we are active across five continents, helping our customers reduce risk, lower costs, save energy and put an end to unplanned downtime. ABOUT SAM4 SAM4 uses AI to analyze current and voltage signals, which provides a great complement to condition monitoring technologies based on other types of data. First, SAM4’s sensors install inside the motor control cabinet, not on the machine itself, which expands the range of equipment you can successfully monitor to include (for example) submersible pumps and machines subjected to extreme temperatures. Second, the use of electrical data means electrical faults are caught earlier, which expands the types of failure you can successfully prevent. Third, SAM4 also uses the data it’s collecting to provide operational insights, such as a real-time pump performance curve (thanks to the affinity laws) and an energy monitor. If SAM4 sounds like it could be a useful tool in your asset health monitoring strategy, please pay us a visit at www.samotics.com or drop us a line here on LinkedIn.

? Before going live, precision matters. What are the final checks performed before a system is activated on the SAM4 dashboard. This is a key step in ensuring reliable monitoring from day one. The process includes verifying network connectivity for stable data uploads, validating that metrics align with provided asset information, and transitioning the system into active monitoring. From there, our Asset Reliability Specialist and Customer Success teams step in to support your team and ensure a smooth handover. ??? Melina Bousiou #samotics #SAM4 #customeronboarding
